The following terms and conditions govern all transactions between The 3D Parrot Ltd (registered in the UK; company number 10327909; Registered Office 22-26 Kings Street, Kings Lynn, Norfolk, PE301HJ) (“the Company”) and you (“You” or “the Customer”), concerning the scanning and production of 3D Parrot products. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without a notice.
Contract: the contract between the Company and the Customer for the sale and purchase of 3D Parrot products in accordance with these Conditions. The Customer represents and warrants that he or she has the right to agree to the reproduction of their likeness and all accompanying accessories and attire. The Customer represents and warrants further that he/she is of legal age and able to enter into a contract.
The Company assumes you agree that your images may be used for future promotional material. Please contact us if you do not wish your images to be used for future promotional material.
- Product Information – Please Note:
Please note that our products are sculpted works of custom art and are not a toy. These products should not be treated like a toy, should not be handled like a toy, and may contain traces of toxic material that are non-edible. Thin parts of the model base and structure, including but not limited to body extremities, and props are extremely fragile and can break quite easily. Due to the nature of this form of art we cannot be held responsible for model breakage or damage once delivery of the product has been signed for or picked-up by the Customer or Customer representative. Colours and detailing on figures may fade over time. Direct sunlight will lead to bleaching effects. Figurines should be kept away from moisture or chemicals. Based on positioning and balance at the time of scan, not all figures stand without support. In such cases, permanent stands may be required and will be determined when you place the order.
- Changing an order:
The Company is sorry but in most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. Once your image results have been sent to be printed the data cannot be changed. If once the figurine has been printed you don’t like the results unfortunately we cannot refund your purchase, should you wish to have another figurine then a discount will be given on the second and subsequent purchases in cases of dissatisfaction.

We will advise you upon completion of production of your figurine (this may take about 21 working days from the date of your scan), and arrange to send it to you via courier. You are welcome to collect your figurine from the studio if you wish; delivery is completed when signed for. Delivery Dates are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the essence. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of any 3D Parrot products that is caused by:
(a) a Force Majeure Event; or
(b) the Customer’s failure to provide the Company with adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of the 3D Parrot products.
- Refused Delivery:
If a delivery is refused once it has left our studio, you will be charged for both the cost of the delivery and the cost of return to our studio, in accordance with the delivery cost.
- Damaged Goods:
The Company must be notified of damaged/faulty goods within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. A signature made against a delivery is confirmation that the customer has received the goods as stated on the delivery note. If the packaging appears damaged, please ensure you note this when signing for the package and contact us immediately.
- Refund / Cancellation Policy:
Once a scan has been 3D manufactured, the order cannot be cancelled. Gift card sales are final. If you wish to cancel the order before it is sent for manufacturing please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Should any part of an order be cancelled at any time, an administration charge of 20% or a minimum of £30 will be chargeable along with any costs incurred by The Company.
The Company does not provide refunds, but we will do a reprint if there is a notable fault in the figurines or damage caused in the studio before packaging. The standard and quality should be the same as the samples on display in the studio on the day of your appointment. However any samples, drawings, descriptive matter or advertising produced by the Company and any descriptions or illustrations contained in the company’s catalogues or brochures are produced for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the 3D Parrot products referred to in them. They shall not form part of the Contract nor have any contractual force. (Slight differences may appear between the Customer and 3D Parrot figures due to the nature of the 3D processes. Certain details may be difficult to decipher due to the minute stature of 3D Parrot figures, and structures may be omitted due to their fragility in 3D production).
- Data Protection:
Your personal data will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered to you, for billing and order fulfilment. We take data protection very seriously and will not release any of your data to a third party without your permission, except in cases where we are required by law to pass on information or if we believe action is necessary for fraud, cyber-crime or to protect the website, rights, personal safety of person/s. All data is stored under the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998.
This agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation.
